Arkansas Rice Depot

The Arkansas Rice Depot was formed in 1982 to combat hunger in Arkansas. They distribute almost nine million pounds of food each year.The Arkansas Rice Depot feeds over fifteen percent of the state's population. They serve over nine hundred hunger relief programs in the state, and is the largest faith based, state wide food bank network. Their mission is to find sensible solutions to hunger in Arkansas.

Hannah Grace's gift

Hannah Grace's gift is an organization that hosts a toy drive in honor of Hannah Dowdie to provide donated toys for foster children to open on Christmas morning. Each child gets toys and clothing wrapped with love and sealed with a sticker of approval from Hannah Grace. 



The Eliminate Project

With The Eliminate Project, Kiwanis International and UNICEF have joined forces to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus. This deadly disease steals the lives of nearly 60,000 innocent babies and a significant number of women each year. The effects of the disease are excruciating — tiny newborns suffer repeated, painful convulsions and extreme sensitivity to light and touch.

The Malvern-Hot Spring County library serves Hot Spring County by providing a wide range of print, audio, and non-traditional items to the public.  The library also offers regular programs to the public and is well known for its extensive summer program for children.
